Today, that underwater military graveyard sits just metres from shore, visible through the calm, clear water. We'll get you into your snorkel gear to explore from the remains of the old concrete wharf, where you can spot everything from bulldozers to old wheels scattered across the ocean floor.<br><br></div><div>From there, we head to Nanda Blue Hole, a vivid pocket of brilliant blue water surrounded by lush jungle. There are decks, steps, and jumping platforms to launch yourself from, and the limestone formations around the edges attract an abundance of tropical fish, great for snorkelling or simply floating about in remarkable surroundings.<br><br></div><div>Next up is Champagne Beach, one of Santo's most celebrated stretches of sand. The horseshoe-shaped bay offers powdery white sand, calm swimming waters, and good onsite facilities including changing rooms, showers, and shade areas. With cruise ships no longer anchoring nearby, it's a noticeably more relaxed experience than it once was.
