It's a lovely, relaxed start to the day.<br><br>From there, we head to a local coffee factory at Tanna Coffee before stopping at the famous Gaston Chocolate Factory, where you'll see how locally grown cocoa is transformed into delicious organic chocolate. It's a genuinely interesting insight into one of Vanuatu's most beloved exports.&nbsp;<br><br>Next up is a short ferry ride out to Hideaway Island, where you'll have time to snorkel over vibrant coral reefs filled with colourful tropical fish. The highlight here is the Underwater Post Office, the only one in the world. Swim down to the special mailbox and send a waterproof postcard from beneath the sea: a unique Vanuatu experience.<br><br>On the way through, we pass Mele Village, the largest village in Vanuatu, where we can show you how locals live. Finally, you'll have a chance to browse the local duty-free shops and pick up a few souvenirs before we wrap up the day and drop you back to your cruise ship or hotel by around 3:30pm.
