From there, it's a one hour drive to Emua Wharf where you'll board a boat for the 15-minute crossing to Pele Island.<br><br></div><div>Once you arrive, the island is yours for around six hours. Spend the morning however you like, snorkel the reef, stretch out on the sandy beach, or grab a cold beer and simply soak it all in.<br><br></div><div>One of the highlights of the day is the boat trip out to the end of the reef. You'll hop into the water for a fish feeding session and a dive down to the drop-off, where the underwater world really opens up. Expect plenty of fish, and with a bit of luck, you might spot turtles or some of the bigger species that pass through.<br><br></div><div>Back on land, you'll head into the local village for a guided walk through the community.
