The trail isn't strenuous, but you'll want to watch your footing on the occasionally slippery sections.<br><br>Along the way, your guide shares his knowledge of the trees and plants you pass, including their traditional uses, which gives the walk a real sense of depth beyond just the scenery.<br><br></div><div>Several river crossings break up the journey, with water levels staying well below waist height and rocks that are surprisingly easy to navigate underfoot. The crossings are a welcome way to cool off as you go.
